This is certainly not meant to be healthy dinner choice. However, it will be full of flavor and would even make a perfect “Cheat Day” meal. You have to try this savory twist on your basic baked potato.
Spicy BBQ Sauce
Regular BBQ Sauce
Pre Heat Oven to 425°
First Clean your potato
Pat dry with towel or Napkin
Poke some holes into your potato
Rub olive oil around the entire potato
Rub Salt on potato
After oven is done pre-heating, set timer for 60 minutes
Turn over potato every 20 minutes until 60-minute timer is done
Make sure your chicken cuts are not too thick, cut in half if needed
Rub salt and pepper onto chicken
Sprinkle enough chili powder so that chicken has a slightly red tint
Lightly graze regular BBQ Sauce onto chicken
Lightly graze melted butter onto chicken
Fire up your grill to 350°
Leave chicken on one side until cooked then flip (ONE TIME)
After chicken is fully cooked, shred the chicken
Heat oven to 350°
Cook Bacon until crispy
Finally, after all ingredients are ready to go, you fill your potato with your favorite fix-n’s!
Then you add the shredded chicken and crispy bacon pieces. Finally, you drizzle the top with your spicy BBQ sauce and eat up!
